1. Overview

SalesPulse operates a call-only marketplace. Buyers purchase live inbound calls and live transfers — we do not sell data leads, aged leads, or lead lists. This policy describes when a buyer may request a credit on a billable call and how those requests are reviewed.

2. SalesPulse Review Approval

Every credit request is reviewed and approved at SalesPulse's sole discretion. There is no fixed return window and there are no auto-approved credit categories. We refer to this as SalesPulse Review Approval: each request enters our internal review queue and is evaluated on its merits.

Approved credits are applied directly to the buyer's marketplace credit balance. Denied requests are not refunded. SalesPulse's determination is final.

3. Submitting a Credit Request

Credit requests must be submitted from the call detail page in the buyer dashboard. Include the reason for the request and any supporting context. Requests submitted more than seven (7) days after the call may be declined without review.

4. Non-Creditable Calls

Calls that bridged to the buyer, that the buyer accepted, and that ran for the full billable duration (per the product's billable threshold) are generally not eligible for credit. Buyer dispositions, customer no-shows after transfer, and refused sales are not grounds for credit.
