These Buyer Terms of Service govern your use of the SalesPulse Marketplace Marketplace as a lead buyer. By registering as a buyer and purchasing leads, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The SalesPulse Marketplace sells live inbound calls and live transfers only — no data leads, aged leads, or lead lists. Buyers fund a credit balance and are debited per billable call routed to them.
Credit requests for billable calls are reviewed and approved at SalesPulse's sole discretion. There is no fixed return window and no auto-approved categories — every request enters the SalesPulse review queue. Full terms in the Call Credit Policy.
Calls received through the marketplace may only be used for lawful insurance sales purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including TCPA and state insurance licensing requirements.
