Creating Your Booking Page

    Go to Scheduling β†’ Booking Pages

    Navigate to the Scheduling section and click Create Booking Page.

    Set your meeting types

    Create one or more meeting types β€” e.g., '30-min Insurance Review', '15-min Medicare Consultation', '45-min Annuity Discussion'. Each gets its own booking link.

    Set your availability

    Define the days and hours you're available for each meeting type. Block out lunch, focus time, or days you don't take appointments.

    Add intake questions

    Add optional or required questions to collect information before the call: insurance type, state, age, existing coverage, primary concern.

    Customize reminders

    Choose when reminders go out (24h, 1h, or both) and customize the SMS and email messages.

    Share your link

    Copy your booking link and add it to your email signature, send it in follow-up texts, or embed the widget on your website.

Find your agent ID under Settings β†’ Profile. The widget is responsive and matches your site's color scheme with the data-theme attribute.

Pipeline Integration

When a prospect books through your page:

  • βœ“The appointment is added to your SalesPulse calendar
  • βœ“The contact is moved to the Appointment Scheduled pipeline stage
  • βœ“A task is created to remind you to prepare for the call

FAQ

Can I have multiple booking pages for different products?β–Ύ
Yes. Create separate meeting types for each product (Final Expense Review, Medicare Consultation, Annuity Discussion, etc.). Each gets its own link and intake questions.
Does SalesPulse sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?β–Ύ
Yes. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook under Settings β†’ Calendar Sync. Your external calendar blocks are reflected as unavailable in your booking page.
Can I set buffer time between appointments?β–Ύ
Yes. Set a buffer time (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes) between bookings under your meeting type settings. This prevents back-to-back scheduling.
What happens when someone cancels or reschedules?β–Ύ
Cancellations and reschedules update your SalesPulse calendar in real time. You receive an email notification, and the contact record is updated with the new appointment details.
