The SalesPulse Lead Marketplace lets you buy insurance leads directly inside your CRM. Leads auto-import into your pipeline and can trigger AI follow-up sequences immediately — no CSV, no copy-paste.

How to Buy Leads

    Open the Lead Marketplace

    Go to Lead Marketplace in your sidebar. Browse available lead packs by product type, state, and age.

    Set your filters

    Filter by state (where you're licensed), lead type, lead age (real-time, 1-day, 7-day), and exclusivity. The marketplace shows live inventory.

  3. 3

    Add to cart and checkout

    Select a pack (e.g., 10 Final Expense leads, Texas, real-time) and add to cart. Leads are charged from your wallet balance.

  4. 4

    Leads import automatically

    Purchased leads appear in your Contacts immediately, tagged with the lead source and product type. No CSV required.

  5. 5

    AI sequences trigger automatically

    If you have an active AI follow-up sequence for the lead type, it starts automatically — sending the first SMS within minutes of purchase.

Lead Freshness Tiers

Real-Time

Lead submitted within the last 0–30 minutes. Highest contact rate — consumers are still at their computer or phone. Best closing rates but highest price.

1-Day

Lead submitted 1–24 hours ago. Still very fresh. Great value balance between price and contact rate.

7-Day

Lead submitted 1–7 days ago. Lower price, lower contact rate. Best for high-volume agents with strong AI follow-up sequences.

Auto-tagging

Leads are automatically tagged with source, product type, state, and freshness tier for easy filtering.

Pipeline stages

Leads land in a configurable pipeline stage (default: New Lead). Move them through your sales stages as you work them.

Contact history

All calls, texts, and emails sent to a lead are logged automatically under their contact record.

DNC compliance

Leads are checked against the National DNC Registry before purchase. Flagged numbers are excluded automatically.

FAQ

Are leads exclusive?▾
It depends on the tier. Shared leads are sold to 2–3 agents. Exclusive leads are sold once — only to you. Exclusive leads cost more but have significantly higher close rates. Available lead types with exclusive options are marked in the marketplace.
What is the return policy on leads?▾
Leads with disconnected numbers, duplicate contacts already in your CRM, or leads submitted in a state where you specified you're not licensed are eligible for credit within 48 hours of purchase. Submit a request under Wallet → Lead Disputes.
How do I fund my account to buy leads?▾
Go to Wallet → Add Funds. Minimum add is $50. Funds are available immediately. Lead purchases are deducted from your wallet.
Can I set up automatic lead purchasing?▾
Yes. Under Lead Marketplace → Auto-Buy, configure a daily lead budget, lead type, and filter criteria. SalesPulse will purchase leads automatically as they become available up to your daily budget.
