Common Questions

Do I need a separate Twilio account?
No. SalesPulse manages all phone infrastructure on your behalf. You buy a number through the app and it's ready to call and text immediately — no Twilio account or configuration needed.
Can I use my existing phone number?
You can port an existing number to SalesPulse. Go to Phone Numbers → Port Number. Porting typically takes 5–10 business days.
How do I import contacts from my old CRM?
Export a CSV from your existing CRM and use Contacts → Import. Map columns to SalesPulse fields. Most common column names are auto-detected.
Does SalesPulse work on mobile?
Yes — the full dashboard is mobile-responsive. For calling, use a mobile browser with microphone permissions enabled. A native app is on the roadmap.
